The inaugural Australian Cardio-Oncology Symposium (ACORES) will be held on 14–15 March 2026 at Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, bringing together national experts to focus on the growing intersection between cancer care and cardiovascular health.

ACORES is a dedicated cardio-oncology education meeting for members of the multidisciplinary cancer team. The program will be of particular relevance to clinicians involved in the care of breast cancer patients, given the recognised cardiac toxicities associated with radiotherapy, anthracycline chemotherapy, targeted therapies, and immunotherapy.

The symposium will provide practical, evidence-based insights into risk assessment, monitoring, prevention, and management of cardiovascular complications across the cancer care continuum.
